By downloading or using the Habitless mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Subscriptions and Payments
Habitless offers "Habitless Pro" as an auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription Duration
We offer monthly, annual subscription plans, and a lifetime purchase.
Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charging
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
Management
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
2. Privacy and Data Tracking
We value your privacy. Habitless uses the Google AdMob SDK to display advertisements.
Tracking
If you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we use device identifiers (IDFA) and advertising interaction data to provide personalized ads.
Data Localism
If you decline tracking, your habit data remains 100% private and stored locally on your device.
3. Usage Requirements
You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app or translate the app into other languages.
Habitless is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding the accuracy of habit tracking or streak data.
